What is the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us a picture of the book with the subject line "REFUND" at contact@songsandstories.org

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer both Standard Shipping (4-6 business days typically) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days typically).

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully gather and package your items. Please allow 12 to 48 hours for us to pick and pack your order.

Orders are shipped when all items in the order are ready. If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, we will wait until that item is available before shipping your entire order.

Orders are not dispatched on public holidays or weekends.
When will I get my order?

We ship orders ASAP! You'll generally receive it within a few days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
